And the week when the Training starts is here! I have been reading the material for the first week. For the next 3 and a half months I will be totally immersed in studying a millenarian practice. What we see and practice in the physical level is only the tip of the iceberg!
The location where we will be attending the training is a vegan place, so we are not allowed to bring any dairy and non-veg foods. It will be an interesting experience. Again, it is a full experience. If anyone has any suggestions of what I can bring with me to eat during the breaks, I would greatly appreciate it! I am covered for this week, so far.
Now, back to studying and learning the philosophical aspects of Yoga! I will be posting about my first day at class tomorrow.
